La Venoge" Development, Lausanne, Switzerland:

In its first stage, this litigation and review involved the developer of a project encompassing thirty-five single family dwellings, and the owner of a neighbouring villa, which dated from 1880. The villa was uphill of the construction site, which demanded tendons and reinforced concrete shorings to be stabilized. During the construction, deformations and then partial failure of the villa occurred. In the second stage of the litigation, the developer's insurance company made claims against the insurance of the architect, the engineer, the geotechnical engineer, and the contractor. The contractor's insurance company then, in turn, made claims against the insurance of the specialty contractor who built the tendons. Participated in both litigations as principal expert accepted by all parties.
