Developed risk management plan and a catastrophe preparedness plan at a major battery producing plant located in the middle of residential areas. The study included an analysis of historical data on accidents and incidents, an analysis of production and management chains of command, as well as coordination and classification of the chemical and physical characteristics of all the materials used at the plant. Results of the study included projects aimed at risk abatement, perimeter safety enhancement (vandalism reduction), the reduction of the volume of wastes by recycling and disposal, as well as the possible use of the wastes by third parties. Drills and other exercises were performed.

Coached the management of this very reputable Swiss chocolate maker thought their holistic review of risks, crises and security, including the programs for product recalls, including specific chapters on security of personnel, terrorism threats and criminality.

Risk assessment can be proactively used in counter terrorism and reasonable design of public protection policies.

Mitsubishi Motor Company, Japan:

Delivered a seminar on Risk and Crisis Management to mid management in an effort ot bring a cultural change to the company in the aftermath of the Fuso scandal.
