Provided consulting for risk assessment and human error analyses to this large producer of Zirconium and Hafnium. Courses have been given to the personnel in the factory and at the Headquarters in Paris for catastrophe preparedness.

Trail and Cajamarquilla (Canada & Peru)

Performed screening level assessments of these two major base metal refineries by using a custom designed template developed for the client.

Spill would result in significant risk because of contamination of surface water drainage.
